Capacity Calculation
The amount of oxygen in the atmosphere is 20.9%. You need to calculate the capacity in the packaging to apply the appropriate amount of oxygen absorbent. Calculate the dose before applying the oxygen absorber.
Oxygen Absorbent Capacity Calculation Method ①
1. Prepare a container and an outer container for the product you want to know the amount of oxygen in the packaging.
2. Fill the container for the product to overflow with water.
3. Submerge the product into water.
4. Check the weight of the overflowing water. (=Volume of the entire packaging container (cc))
5. Check the oxygen content in the packaging container by adding it to the formula above.
